What you will do

• Provide technical support to internal users through various communication channels.
• Investigate issues end-to-end to identify root causes and drive them to resolution.
• Perform system changes in NetSuite, including updating fields, email/PDF templates, and roles.
• Create and maintain saved searches and reports to improve business visibility.
• Train internal users on NetSuite tasks and workflows to increase system confidence.
• Develop and maintain structured internal documentation for knowledge reuse.

Requirements

• Ability to investigate complex technical issues considering both accounting and technical impacts.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of NetSuite.
• Background in Finance or Accounting.
