What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Booking team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor team workload, priorities, and service levels to ensure quality standards are met.
- Act as the first escalation point for complex booking-related cases.
- Implement and optimize operational procedures to improve team efficiency and service quality.
- Track team performance through operational KPIs and contribute to regular reporting.
- Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism, Management, or a similar field.
- Over 5 years of experience in the travel industry (e.g., OTA, travel agency, or tour operator).
- Previous experience in team coordination, supervision, or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus and/or Galileo GDS systems.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
