What you will do

• Deliver group-wide rollout of ServiceNow SPM including design, configuration, integration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Define and embed harmonized innovation and R&D portfolio processes and metrics supported by the platform.
• Establish data foundation with automated interfaces to SAP and other systems for reliable portfolio management.
• Manage project governance, cross-functional international teams, and external partners.
• Drive stakeholder adoption through change management, training, and communication.
• Act as Group Process Owner post-go-live for continuous improvement and compliance.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent); 6–8 years in IT project management in international environments.
• 3+ years leading large-scale enterprise software implementations (ERP, SPM, CRM); experience with SAP or ServiceNow preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory; German advantageous.
• Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, Jira); understanding of enterprise integration and data modeling.
• Experience in multi-country rollouts, full project lifecycle, and decentralized corporate structures.

Nice to have

• SAFe or Agile certification; change management qualification (Prosci/ADKAR).
• Portfolio/innovation management processes; ServiceNow familiarity.
• Group/Headquarters experience with cross-BU responsibility.
