What you will do

• Operate and support a global production network, managing incident response, change execution, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across backbone, data center, and cloud environments.
• Monitor network performance using telemetry and analysis tools like sFlow and IPFIX.
• Contribute to operational procedures, documentation, and runbooks.
• Participate in regional shifts within a follow-the-sun model to ensure 24-hour coverage.
• Take part in weekend on-call rotations (up to 12 hours per day).

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in network operations or engineering.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Practical exposure to routing protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, or BGP.
• Experience working with routers and switches in a production environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to MPLS, BGP, IPv6, or VPN services.
• Experience with Linux systems or scripting in Python.
• Knowledge of network monitoring, telemetry, or observability tools.
