Technical Lead - Scoring Automation

Salary: £32,157 - £38,000

What you will do

• Support annual development of the scoring automation codebase
• Develop Python tools to streamline business processes across the scoring team
• Attend and contribute to daily stand-ups in an agile scrum team
• Analyze previous years' components and scope future scoring technology requirements
• Support ad-hoc projects for the wider scoring team

Requirements

• Live within commutable distance of London office and be comfortable with 2 days in office per week
• Passion for the environment and hirify.global's aims
• Experience in Python programming
• Strong understanding of software design and architecture processes
• Experience with SQL and ORM tools like SQLAlchemy or SQLModel
• Experience with Git, Docker, and shell scripting
• Experience in unit testing, logging, and documentation
• Experience working in an agile team
• Experience communicating with business owners
• Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure
• Experience with rule-based engines
• Experience with complex questionnaire design and data
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Experience with JSON for data storage and transport
