What you will do

• Investigate and resolve production issues of Remarque Systems software products.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with support team for efficient issue resolution and escalate unresolved issues.
• Provide clear communication and step-by-step guidance to users.
• Create and maintain documentation for common issues.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners on functionality and requirements.
• Participate in technical design of new components and peer code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science (computer science preferred) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in system development, integration, and operation in regulated industry.
• Proficient in C# and .NET, .NET web services, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
• Experience with Angular, Python, XML, JSON, unit testing, code versioning, continuous integration.
• Proficient in architectural and design patterns; ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Experience in iterative agile development and triaging production issues.
• Demonstrate skills in SQL, Python, C#, .NET.
