What you will do

• Act as analytical partner building robust end-to-end analytics solutions to empower marketing decisions.
• Design clean, scalable data models and reporting layers for reliable insights.
• Challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in data usage.
• Translate complex data into clear visualizations and narratives.
• Ensure data products like dashboards align with standards and guidelines.
• Advocate for data literacy and self-service enablement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an analytical role.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for performant, complex queries.
• Experience with modern analytics stacks (dbt, Looker/Tableau, Git).
• Strong business acumen to clarify impact and guide data-driven decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for end-to-end projects.
• Ability to structure messy problems into analytical workstreams with clear outcomes.
