What you will do

• Evaluate and manage the performance of multiple gaming brands to drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations for business strategies.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Tableau or Looker.
• Develop and implement best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for the commercial team.
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align brand strategies.
• Present insights and strategic updates to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience in developing and executing strategies that enhance brand performance and business growth.
• Proven track record of managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of gaming trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Malta, Georgia, Poland, or Serbia.
