Senior Finance Manager

TL;DR

Senior Finance Manager (Logistics): Own the full finance function for Philippines operations including accounting, controls, tax, treasury, and management reporting with an accent on compliance, scalability, and profitable growth. Focus on leading month-end closes in NetSuite, tax strategy and BIR compliance, cashflow management, FP&A, and partnering with leadership on business decisions.

What you will do

• Own full finance operations: general accounting, AP/AR, treasury, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance with end-to-end controls.
• Lead month-end close in NetSuite, deliver management packs with financial analysis to local and regional leadership.
• Manage tax compliance and strategy: BIR filings, audits, transfer pricing, and annual SEC/BIR submissions.
• Handle treasury, cashflow forecasting, working capital, and AR including billing accuracy and dispute resolution.
• Drive FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, unit economics for pricing and network decisions.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, HR on launches, pricing, costs; improve processes and lead finance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on finance experience covering GL, AP/AR, treasury, payroll, tax (BIR compliance, audits, transfer pricing).
• Working knowledge of NetSuite (administration, reports, period-close).
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, IFRS, Philippine tax code, BIR processes.
• Proven people-leadership; built and coached finance teams.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics; CPA with PRC required.
