What you will do

  • Maintain and manage filing systems for all project-related documents and drawings.
  • Coordinate technical documentation flow between project teams, coordinators, and consultants using cloud-based systems.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with established naming conventions and formatting standards.
  • Track the progress of document reviews to prevent bottlenecks in the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate the archiving of project records and assist in compiling operations and maintenance manuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in document control or records management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with cloud-based document control systems or Notion is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple document streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team coordination.
