Location: Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid: minimum 12 monthly in-office days)

What you will do

  • Lead strategic planning, coordination, and budgeting for the region to ensure HQ and local team alignment.
  • Drive regional user acquisition strategy and performance for eaters, couriers, and merchants.
  • Analyze performance trends and steer corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee 360° multi-channel marketing campaigns for new city and market launches.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Brand, and Design teams to optimize targeting and ROI.
  • Lead regional reporting and present key insights during regular business reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing regional or multi-market marketing strategies in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Comfortable working with performance data, budgets, and growth KPIs.
  • Strong operational execution skills and the ability to influence distributed teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia to support the hybrid model.
  • Daily use of AI tools for work efficiency is a baseline expectation.
