Location: Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote), Kaunas (onsite, hybrid, or remote), hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

Gross salary range: 4000-6500 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Own Meta performance end-to-end: strategy, execution, testing, and scaling large budgets for sustainable growth and ROI.
• Leverage third-party analytics tools like Northbeam or Hyros for deep insights and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Creative, CRO, and Email teams to build full-funnel acquisition strategies.
• Implement marketing automation tools like Birch for efficiency.
• Apply LTV models to guide campaign strategies and scaling.
• Research markets, audiences, and competitors to uncover growth opportunities and contribute to broader acquisition discussions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (Lithuanian or other European languages a plus).
• 4+ years proven Meta media buying experience managing high budgets at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Northbeam, Hyros, or similar analytics platforms (must-have).
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Birch (must-have).
• Strong data-driven decision-making, collaboration, communication, and project ownership skills.
• Understanding of LTV-based performance models (preferred).

Nice to have

• Background in digital subscription products.
• Leadership potential for growth into Acquisition Lead.
