Media Buyer (eCommerce)

TL;DR

Media Buyer (Meta): Managing and optimizing high-budget Meta campaigns for a hair care brand with an accent on performance scaling and data-driven experimentation. Focus on executing paid social strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with creative teams to drive eCommerce growth.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius: 4 days onsite; Kaunas team members typically visit Vilnius 2-3 times per week)

Salary: 3000 – 5000 EUR/month gross

What you will do

• Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to maximize performance on Meta.
• Plan and execute Meta performance strategies to achieve key growth goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external media buyers and performance creatives.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to develop scaling strategies.
• Test and manage additional paid social channels.
• Take full ownership of projects and drive accountability for results.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in Meta media buying.
• Fluent Lithuanian and strong English proficiency.
• Experience in digital eCommerce (preferred).
• Familiarity with third-party analytics tools such as Northbeam.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
• Ability to work from the Vilnius office according to the hybrid schedule.

• Copywriting skills to create short and compelling ad copy.
