What you will do

• Drive Meta ads campaigns and lead the creative strategy.
• Manage, test, and optimize large-scale advertising budgets.
• Develop and manage automation tools for campaign management and creative uploading.
• Proactively identify new opportunities and angles to maximize performance across Meta.
• Perform market, customer, and competitor research to devise new testing and scaling strategies.
• Work directly with a co-founder within a small, high-performing team.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in Meta media buying.
• Experience working with digital products.
• Proficiency with third-party data analysis tools (e.g., GA4, Hyros, Northbeam).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize workflow effectively.

Nice to have

• Ability to write short and persuasive ad copies.
• Enthusiasm for paid social platforms like YouTube and Twitch.
