Location: On-site in Vilnius, Lithuania. Relocation is possible for candidates working abroad.

Salary: €6,000–€8,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead financial analysis, valuation, and investment case development for target companies.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence across financial, commercial, and operational dimensions.
• Structure and execute majority and 100% acquisitions, coordinating with external advisors.
• Identify and source acquisition opportunities across global software markets and build relationships with founders.
• Partner with portfolio leadership teams to drive post-acquisition strategy and operations.
• Refine internal investment frameworks and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proven track record of executing buy-side or sell-side transactions.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vilnius, Lithuania.
