Payments Manager (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; office-based role with flexibility to choose when and where to work best

Salary: From €5,000 gross per month, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Monitor payment risk and operational health across brands and markets, including fraud, chargebacks, disputes, and alerts.
• Run recurring KPI reviews, summarize dashboard insights, and escalate issues quickly.
• Coordinate alert and dispute workflows with Customer Support and external payment providers.
• Track compliance activities, including Visa and Mastercard programs, KYC requests, and deadlines.
• Communicate with PSP and account managers while keeping payment documentation organized.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in payments operations or risk within e-commerce, D2C, fintech, or a similar environment.
• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating with Engineering, Finance, Customer Support, and external partners.
• Solid understanding of chargebacks, fraud, and card-network programs, including Visa, Mastercard, RDR, CDRN, and Ethoca.
• Ability to work with dashboards and metrics and clearly summarize insights.
• Proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to execute effectively under pressure.
