What you will do

• Monitor day-to-day payments risk and operational health (fraud, chargebacks, disputes, alerts) across brands and markets.
• Run recurring KPI reviews and escalate issues quickly with relevant teams.
• Coordinate alert and dispute workflows with Customer Support and external providers.
• Support compliance tracking including Visa/Mastercard programs, KYC requests, and deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in payments operations or risk (e-commerce, D2C, fintech, or similar).
• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating across teams (Engineering, Finance, Customer Support, external partners).
• Solid understanding of chargebacks, fraud, and card network programs (Visa/Mastercard, alerts like RDR, CDRN, Ethoca).
• Comfort working with dashboards and metrics, ability to summarize insights clearly.
