What you will do

• Review financial transactions, vendor payments, and expense reports to identify patterns of fraud, bribery, or corruption.
• Support investigations by gathering evidence and documenting findings in collaboration with risk and legal teams.
• Prepare analytical reports to summarize findings and guide next steps.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and anti-fraud frameworks.
• Develop compliance and analytical skills through hands-on work and professional mentorship.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Law, International Affairs, or a related field.
• General knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
• Proficient English communication skills for collaboration across global regions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in AML, financial crime, fraud, or compliance.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience working in cross-functional or international team environments.
