Location: Hybrid: At least 3 days a week in-office in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: 2300 – 2500 EUR gross monthly

What you will do

• Process payment runs and efficiently resolve rejected payments and returns.
• Analyze and resolve AP inquiries for internal teams, auditors, and suppliers.
• Manage bank account reconciliations and month-end/year-end financial close processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Meaningful professional experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience in shared service centers (SSC) or global operations.
• Knowledge of local and global accounting trends and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Workday, Coupa, or similar ERP systems.
