Location: Remote within Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain

Salary: €4,000–€4,500 gross monthly (Lithuania), PLN16,500–PLN18,300 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Provide senior management and Board Risk and Compliance Committee with insights on material models
• Identify improvements to modelling processes and assign reliable model risk ratings
• Recommend actions to model developers to maintain risk appetite
• Embed model risk management practices across the full model lifecycle
• Enhance senior management’s understanding of model assumptions, limitations, and outputs

Requirements

• Must be located in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain
• 5+ years experience validating credit risk models
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with model risk management regulations in EU, UK, and US
• Ability to defend model validation reports to senior stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or financial services with regulators and internal audit
• Experience with AI/ML model governance and explainability
• Familiarity with cloud-based model deployment or monitoring
