What you will do

• Identify, vet, and onboard new vendors to secure optimal quality, cost, and scalability.
• Manage supplier relationships through rigorous performance management and regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with merchants and procurement teams to optimize pricing and achieve margin targets.
• Develop replenishment strategies and capacity management to improve speed and flexibility.
• Ensure all factories meet legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
• Establish risk management plans and counter-sourcing strategies to ensure supply chain stability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Deep industrial knowledge of fine jewelry, including diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, 14K gold, gold vermeil, and silver.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability as a self-starter and quick independent learner.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
