What you will do

• Manage cost responsibilities for the PCBA supply chain, coordinating with EMS, distributors, and component manufacturers.
• Lead RFI, RFQ processes and price negotiations to drive cost-down initiatives.
• Source new suppliers to enhance supply chain variability, resilience, and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee supplier relationship management (SRM) and development programs for key partners.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement second-source components.
• Analyze supply chain cost drivers and develop new systems for direct purchasing processes.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in PCBA procurement, sourcing, and cost management.
• Deep understanding of PCBA and EMS supply chain industry dynamics.
• Extensive supplier network within the component manufacturer and distributor ecosystem.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record in strategic sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.
