What you will do

• Develop and maintain global category strategies and governance policies to ensure regional consistency.
• Analyze global spend, market, and supplier data to generate actionable insights and maintain category dashboards.
• Manage supplier performance processes, including scorecards, reviews, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead end-to-end global sourcing initiatives, RFx processes, and negotiations.
• Standardize procurement tools and drive continuous improvement of category management processes.
• Coordinate between global category teams, regional procurement, and cross-functional partners in Finance, Quality, and Legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with direct materials sourcing, RFQs, spend analysis, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and e-sourcing tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP.
• Foundational knowledge in manufacturing or operations.
