What you will do

• Drive revenue KPIs through in-game events, offers, promotions, and monetization initiatives.
• Plan and operate live activities to improve player engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Product, Analytics, Publishing, and Development teams.
• Analyze player behavior, monetization funnels, and feature performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and test monetization hypotheses and evaluate experiment results.
• Contribute to the long-term monetization strategy of World of Warships.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of F2P game monetization principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with data and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of unit economics and KPI-driven product management.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Readiness for full-time office work in Belgrade.

Nice to have

• Experience in LiveOps, Product Management, Monetization, or Game Economy.
• Previous experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience working with A/B tests and data analysis.
• Russian language skills.
• Passion for online or live-service titles.
