What you will do

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Define clear, detailed requirements and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to ensure shared product vision.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions to support efficient delivery.
• Review and accept completed features, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Hands-on experience in backlog management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies in iterative environments.
• Proven ability to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Productboard.
• Background in UX/UI or experience working with user-centered products.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Basic technical understanding of software development and system architecture.
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments.
