What you will do

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing business partners.
• Execute 30+ outbound calls daily to introduce solutions to potential clients.
• Analyze client needs to recommend and sell tailored products and services.
• Negotiate offers to increase sales and expand the partner network in Bulgaria.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track client interactions using CRM tools.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding defined sales and retention targets.

Requirements

• Good written and spoken Bulgarian
• Good command of English
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer literacy, specifically with MS Excel.
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a commercial mindset.
• Resilience and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
