What you will do

• Develop and execute the UK Defence and Secure Government go-to-market strategy.
• Build trusted relationships across Defence, National Security, Intelligence, Government, and NATO stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement and proof of concept through to procurement and negotiation.
• Collaborate with channel partners, defence primes, and systems integrators to drive market expansion.
• Position hirify.global as a strategic AI and data infrastructure platform for mission-critical environments.
• Align technology outcomes with customer operational priorities and AI adoption roadmaps.

Requirements

• Active SC or DV clearance, or eligibility to obtain clearance swiftly.
• Strong background and existing network within UK Defence, UK Secure Government, NATO, or National Security.
• Ability to operate credibly in highly secure and mission-critical environments.
• For private sector candidates: 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a track record in regulated environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align technology outcomes to mission objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience as a military veteran or serving personnel (e.g., Strategic Command, Defence Digital, Intelligence units).
• Previous experience within the Home Office, Intelligence community, or National security organisations.
• Expertise in government procurement or digital transformation programmes.
