What you will do
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and product positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Act as a Talent Partner to business lines, providing consulting, advice, and coaching.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process and drive HR initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality talent via networking, university relations, and job fairs.
- Manage recruiting databases and HR assets in a structured and timely manner.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from the initial introduction through onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in top-tier tech or Web3 companies.
- Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level technical roles.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Must be based in Asia.
