What you will do
- Design and execute programs to increase product usage, engagement, and customer health across the K-12 base.
- Build lifecycle and engagement strategies to reduce churn and support renewals in collaboration with Customer Success and Renewals teams.
- Create repeatable, data-driven programs using digital campaigns and targeted customer communications.
- Partner with ABM and Marketing Managers to identify and support cross-sell expansion opportunities.
- Execute integrated campaigns combining digital marketing with customer events, webinars, and field programs.
- Analyze customer data and usage signals to refine programs and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (US-Remote).
- Experience in customer marketing with a specific focus on adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Proven ability to build scalable, data-driven marketing programs.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams.
- Proficiency in using product usage signals and customer data to optimize outcomes.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and field channels.
