IT Support Specialist (Windows/MacOS/Linux)

What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical incidents via ticketing systems, email, and walk-ups.
• Manage user accounts and access rights using Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Provide technical support for AV equipment and video conferencing systems in meeting rooms.
• Document support procedures and assist in device lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in desktop or IT support.
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 in corporate environments.
• Experience with MacOS and Linux (Debian, Ubuntu) administration.
• Proficiency in M365 administration and MDM platforms like Intune.
• Practical experience with AV setup and troubleshooting for corporate events.
• Must be based in New York, NY for full-time onsite work

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server management.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
• Familiarity with VMware and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL Foundation.
