What you will do
- Own customer interactions across chat, email, phone, and social channels from start to finish.
- Resolve issues with empathy to turn challenges into positive experiences.
- Utilize internal tools efficiently while maintaining a human touch.
- Identify and share recurring patterns to help improve the overall customer experience.
- Act as a product expert to guide customers authentically.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to attend mandatory onsite training in London, Leeds, or Manchester (first 3 weeks, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT).
- Comfortable adopting new digital tools to enhance service.
- Strong ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain professional and authentic communication.
