What you will do

• Lead and oversee product transfers and NPDI programs for the Power BU in Reynosa.
• Manage End of Line testing equipment, parameters, scripts, and associated Capex.
• Identify and commission advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to support growth.
• Execute Manufacturing Readiness Checklists and lead manufacturing prototype builds.
• Provide support for manufactured cost analyses and implement multi-site best practices.
• Assist with facility planning, layout, and cost justification for critical capital projects.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Advanced and Lean Manufacturing applications.
• Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD) and Product Transfers.
• Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• MS in ME/IE or an MBA.
• 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience.
• Formal training or certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
