What you will do

• Lead PEC customer inquiries and complete internal/external requests and surveys per site and Business Unit.
• Review and interpret customer PEC specifications, identify special materials, and manage exceptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on compliance data.
• Manage PEC database and portal submissions.
• Monitor annual third-party testing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science.
• 3+ years in product environmental compliance or related area.
• Detail-oriented with customer service focus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Data management experience.
• Familiarity with global regulations (RoHS, WEEE, REACH, ELV, Conflict Minerals, Proposition 65, TSCA) and IEC standards (62321, 62474).
• Experience with SAP; knowledge of MS Office and Visual Basic advantageous.
