Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines (2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Configure and integrate hirify.global Dimension for Front Office and Investment Compliance areas.
• Map client requirements to software functions and identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Design operational workflows and deliver standard or custom configuration solutions.
• Develop test strategies and support clients in executing test cases and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide end-user training to enable clients to maintain and optimize the system.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of professional experience in the financial or investment management industry.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Physics, Math, Science, or Engineering.
• Experience in quantitative analysis, financial modelling, or valuation of financial instruments.
• Practical knowledge of portfolio management, trade execution, and investment compliance.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Business analysis or project management experience.
• CFA or FRM certifications.
