What you will do

• Draft and update technical guides, device manuals, and how-to documents for new hardware.
• Deepen understanding of mobile standards like 5G SA, VoLTE, and eSIM through collaboration with testing teams.
• Maintain documentation libraries in SharePoint and Engage for team accessibility.
• Prepare materials for partner meetings with Apple, Samsung, Google.
• Translate engineer feedback into summaries for commercial and product teams.
• Create internal updates, briefings, release notes, and FAQs on launches and milestones.

Requirements

• Fast learner eager to grasp mobile technology, hardware-network interactions (5G, VoLTE, eSIM).
• Clear communicator simplifying complex info for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative with internal/external stakeholders.
• Confident in proposing ideas, detail-oriented, highly organised and curious.
• Strong written English for documentation, guides, summaries.

Nice to have

• Degree or experience in technical writing, communications, computer science, or engineering.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams.
• Relationship building skills.
• Telecom or technical documentation exposure.
