Salary: $90,000 - $250,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead business process mapping and redesign for infrastructure and reliability services, documenting as-is and designing future-state models.
• Architect and govern business processes for the full infrastructure lifecycle: Plan, Build, Run, and Release.
• Develop and mature SRE policies and procedures, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and external frameworks, specifically ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000.
• Coordinate process control assessments, support audits, and lead remediation tracking.
• Partner with engineering and security stakeholders to drive continual service improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business architecture, infrastructure governance, ITSM, or operational process design.
• Proven expertise in as-is to future-state transformation and operating model design.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL and SRE practices and reliability concepts.
• Experience supporting audit, risk, and compliance-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree required in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio, BPMN, or Lucidchart.
