What you will do

• Own the long‑term AV product vision and integrated roadmap for customer‑facing automated driving and HMI experiences.
• Lead AV portfolio and vehicle rollout planning, including trim/feature packaging and market segmentation.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Autonomy, and UX‑HMI to ensure the portfolio is technically grounded.
• Define and monitor portfolio-level success metrics such as feature adoption, customer trust, and safety indicators.
• Use experimentation, user research, and fleet telemetry data to de-risk concepts and refine the roadmap.
• Drive pricing and packaging strategies for AV capabilities in partnership with Finance and Marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with significant time in strategy or platform leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of ADAS/autonomous driving systems, including compute, sensing, and HMI interactions.
• Direct experience shipping customer-facing ADAS/AV features in production vehicles or safety-critical domains.
• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio strategy, pricing/packaging, or market segmentation for complex tech products.
• Ability to translate highly technical autonomy concepts into clear strategies and crisp requirements.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Masters or Doctorate degree in a related field.
• Experience managing strategy specifically for OEMs.
• Experience launching products involving tight integration between hardware and software.
