What you will do

• Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses for energy efficiency programs.
• Manage projects to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee primary and secondary data collection efforts and conduct complex energy analyses.
• Lead measurement and verification (M&V) activities for installed energy efficiency measures.
• Develop specialized data collection instruments, analysis tools, and calculators.
• Author technical reports featuring analytical findings and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years specifically in impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
• Expert understanding of building systems and energy end uses, particularly in commercial and industrial sectors.
• Proven experience with energy assessments and Measurement and Verification (M&V) processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
