Utah | Hybrid: Utah-based position requiring some regular in-office days each week. Employment contingent on passing background and credit check.

What you will do

• Design and build AI platform components like LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and observability systems.
• Lead development of scalable systems integrating into hirify.global’s product ecosystem.
• Improve platform through evolving systems, tooling, and development practices for AI software.
• Write backend code, tooling, automation, and applications.
• Research technologies, engineer solutions, and implement performance optimizations.
• Mentor engineers and apply business needs to technical solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in web development
• Service development in PHP, Python, Java, or C# (desire to work in Python)
• Object-oriented development
• MySQL (SQL queries and database design)
• Version control with Git
• Experience writing and debugging CI/CD processes
• Tooling like Docker and Kubernetes for local development
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentations)

Nice to have

• Experience with AI systems, LLMs, or agent frameworks
• Proficiency in PHP, React, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products
• Partnering with Product, Design, and Architecture teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
