What you will do

• Act as Solution or Team Leader on large Maximo implementation projects
• Configure and customize Maximo solutions using in-depth knowledge of workflows and best practices
• Architect, design, document, and prototype technical solutions including data modeling
• Lead system design and process reengineering workshops, creating documentation like architecture and requirements
• Provide technical leadership through project lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and support
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate on RFIs, RFPs, and client demonstrations

Requirements

• Graduate education or equivalent relevant work history
• IBM Maximo professional certifications or equivalent
• 7+ years with Maximo (any version)
• 4+ years in asset-intensive industries or facility management with systems like Maximo, AssetWise, SAP
• Strong experience with databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL), SQL, programming (Java, Python, Linux, Solaris)
• Experience delivering complex requirement gathering workshops and ERP integrations

Nice to have

• Agile DSDM Practitioner Certification
• Multiple industry solutions experience
• IBM WebSphere/BEA WebLogic or Maximo MAS implementation
• Project methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
