Location: Remote role requiring minimum 50% travel to client locations in the US. May require customer approval for access to US sites and systems.

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Analyze client business processes, document requirements, and recommend efficient ERP solutions.
• Perform gap analysis, identify integration points, and suggest customizations or best practices.
• Deliver projects on schedule and budget, ensuring quality through testing and client acceptance.
• Support sales with estimates, proposals, demos, and pre-sales activities.
• Maintain client relationships, handle support, upgrades, and promote value billing.
• Develop expertise in Sage X3 and share knowledge with team and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years implementing Sage X3 or similar ERPs (Epicor, Infor, etc.) in distribution manufacturing, including BOM, scheduling, shipping, EDI.
• Consulting experience delivering complex solutions on time and budget.
• Strong business acumen to translate requirements into specifications via workshops and demos.
• Ability to document designs, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively.
• Proven track record on business objectives and relationship building.
