What you will do

• Handle end-to-end implementations using SuiteSuccess methodology
• Advise on industry best practices tailored to customer needs
• Document best practices, prepare training materials, and train users
• Oversee data migration plans, QA testing, and UAT strategy
• Participate in business process discovery, interact with users, identify gaps, propose solutions, and develop process flows
• Learn from previous projects and continuously improve processes

Requirements

• Deep understanding of business processes
• NetSuite ERP certification
• Experience with NetSuite
• Strong communication and virtual presentation skills
• Customer experience-focused mindset and leadership skills

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• Experience as an IT/business consultant
• Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology
• Multicultural experience working with external logistics partners (3PL)
