What you will do

• Develop training content and methodology for ERP, asset management, and project/change management systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project roadmaps to ensure training alignment with organizational goals.
• Execute IT systems training and manage system implementation roll-out procedures.
• Develop and support super-users on Maximo for logistics, distribution, and service operations.
• Perform pre-rollout systems testing and post-go-live engagement surveys for new system deployments.
• Create live and e-learning materials for supply chain, change, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or Organizational Management with 2 years of experience, or 3 years of experience without a degree.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training in Maximo for supply chain, change, and asset management.
• Experience developing and delivering user training for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to deliver structured presentations in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Must be based in the continental U.S.
• Ability to perform 20% domestic travel.
