What you will do

• Build and maintain GTM systems, automation pipelines, and AI agents to power network growth.
• Develop technical solutions to streamline provider onboarding, activation, and engagement.
• Design and ship lightweight go-to-market tools to accelerate operations and growth efforts.
• Embed AI and automation into outbound workflows to improve intelligence and follow-through.
• Run experiments on growth surfaces to improve conversion and adoption rates.
• Establish the foundations of the GTM engineering function as the company scales.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.
• Engineering experience at fast-growing product companies, specifically with APIs and data pipelines.
• Strong product instincts to balance speed, reliability, and user impact.
• Familiarity with GTM software systems such as Clay, HubSpot, or n8n.
• Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering on ambitious goals.
• Must be based in or be able to work in person from New York.
