TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and develop with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver world-class experiences for customers and partners.
  • Write scalable and testable code with comprehensive end-to-end testing.
  • Collaborate on architectural planning for new features, services, APIs, and external integrations.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance cardholder experiences, boost revenue, reduce costs, and drive growth.
  • Troubleshoot production issues across microservices during on-call assignments.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Go (primary backend), Java, Python, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Proven experience with APIs and databases like MySQL and DynamoDB.
  • Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • 2–4 years of professional software development experience with growth and impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS and GCP.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Security best practices and secure coding.
  • Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Monitoring and observability tools.
