What you will do

• Drive technical direction for third-party and partner integrations, establishing secure, scalable patterns.
• Design and implement APIs and data contracts for product extensibility.
• Mentor developers and champion architectural best practices for platform-ready systems.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and cross-functional teams to align with practitioner needs and improve developer experience.
• Contribute to platform thinking with reusable systems, data models, systems thinking, and ownership.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or related STEM field + 5+ years experience (less for Master's/PhD, 8+ for non-traditional paths).
• Senior-level depth in technical design, architecture, and delivering medium-high complexity projects/services.
• Experience coaching/mentoring junior/intermediate developers and fostering continuous improvement.
• Proactive approach to technical challenges, scalable solutions, code quality, test coverage, and workflows.
• Adaptability to new technologies, ownership, and accountability across domains.
