What you will do
- Lead QA lifecycle including test planning, scenario design, case development, execution, and defect management across Agile/Waterfall models.
- Design and build automation frameworks with reusable components for Salesforce web, API, voice, and chat applications.
- Deliver Salesforce QA automation implementations with in-sprint and regression coverage using tools like Playwright, Provar, and Selenium.
- Manage manual and automation testing, identify reusable assets, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and guide customers; validate business requirements and Salesforce architecture.
- Leverage AI tools for test data/case generation and QA optimization.
Requirements
- 2–6 years as QA Automation Engineer/Consultant with proven Salesforce web/API automation projects
- Strong hands-on with Playwright, Provar/Selenium, REST Assured, JMeter/K6, JUnit/TestNG, Java/Python, Cucumber, Maven.
- Experience in complete QA lifecycle, framework design, and SDLC/STLC models.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related; tools like Zephyr/TestRail, Jira.
- Understanding of Salesforce solution design and business requirements.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification/Legend rank, Administrator cert.
- Testing SCV, MIAW, Live Agent, AWS Connect, IVR.
- Experience with Agentforce Agents (Voice/Chat/Email/Slack/SMS) and Generative/Agentic AI.
