What you will do

• Design and maintain automated test solutions for REST APIs and UI frameworks.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and pytest.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers and DevOps to ensure system quality.
• Validate conversational AI responses, performance, and latency characteristics.
• Create test documentation and participate in defect triage and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA testing web applications and API-driven systems.
• Strong proficiency in REST API testing and automation scripting with Python and pytest.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience testing AI/LLM, voice agents, or conversational systems.
• Knowledge of SIP, WebRTC, or LiveKit.
• Understanding of latency and performance validation metrics.
• Experience with contract testing or mock services.
• SQL skills for test data validation.
