What you will do
- Partner with sales to demonstrate how solves customer business problems
- Provide technical leadership for customer evaluations and adoptions
- Consult on architectures, implement POCs for data engineering, science, ML projects, and integrations
- Build and present reference architectures, how-tos, and demos
- Promote open-source projects via meetups, conferences, and webinars
- Travel to customers in your region
Requirements
- 6+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting
- Experience designing and architecting distributed data systems
- Programming and debugging in Python, Scala, Java, SQL, or R
- Experience supporting Public Sector clients
- Built solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- US Citizen

- Data Engineering technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Data Warehousing (SQL, OLTP/OLAP/DSS)
- Degree in quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research)
