What you will do

• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) into early product design to optimize costs and scalability.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process plans, including equipment selection, flow, and facility layout.
• Lead the design, sourcing, and qualification of tooling, fixtures, and automation for new product introduction.
• Assess and mitigate manufacturing risks using PFMEA, control plans, and robust process controls.
• Support prototype and pilot builds, analyzing results to provide critical feedback to design and engineering teams.
• Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the NPD cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a global operations organization across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Experience in region-to-region manufacturing operations transfers.
• Proficiency in project management within a New Product Development (NPD) framework.
• Knowledge of DFM/DFX, FMEA, Product Cost Management, and electro/mechanical manufacturing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not provided.
