What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop, design, and launch innovative devices, services, and software applications.
• Build technologies solving hard customer problems and boosting engagement with hirify.global products.
• Lead or contribute to medium to large software projects, working with engineers, TPMs, PMs, UI designers, and QA.
• Advise stakeholders technically and guide leaders on software matters.
• Drive operational excellence, monitoring software components for smooth execution.
• Mentor junior SDE-Is and new hires to build team capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, scaling)
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice to have

• 3+ years full software development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, operations)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years Android development experience
